YYC Food Truck Spring FrenzyCalgary Food Trucks| Downtown East Village

The grass is getting green, the patios are opening up and the Hotel Arts pool will be open soon; but best of all the YYC FOOD TRUCKS are out of hibernation and hitting the Calgary streets for another fantastic summer of amazing street side food. To kick off the New Spring/Summer season, 24 incredible food trucks will be in the Calgary East Village April 24 & 25 from 11am-7pm for the Spring Frenzy. There will be live music, giveaways and entertainment.

There are about 150 public off-leash areas in Calgary, however, these parks are multi-use, which means they are being enjoyed by all Calgarians and their pets. If you are looking for fully fenced off-leashed area, there are 4 main Parks in the city. Below you can find the one nearest to your neighbourhood.

1. Auburn Bay off-leash Dog Park: This Park is located below Marquis of Lorne TR SE and between 52 ST SE and 56 ST SE. This park is near Auburn Bay, Mckenzie Towne, Copperfield and Mahogany neighbourhoods.

A 0.7 acre location within Calgary’s Beltline has been bought by Qualex-Landmark, a company based out of Vancouver. The group plans to build a residential tower, their eighth in the area.

The condominium is currently in the developmental planning stage. It will be located at 11 Avenue and 12 Street in the community of Victoria Park.
